FAQ

Can I migrate from self-host to cloud later? Yes. One-click import of your mcp.json, .env, and OAuth tokens. We do the cutover with you on a call.

Can I migrate from cloud back to self-host? Yes. Same one-click export, runs against any Nimbus install.

Where is my data stored? US or EU, your choice at signup. We don't move it without telling you.

What do you have access to? Your Nimbus instance's runtime logs and the MCP server outputs your workflows produce. We don't read your source code, your CRM, or your email contents.

Can I cancel? Yes, any time. You keep your data export.

What regions are available? US-East, US-West, EU-Frankfurt. More on request.
